Andrew Leon Hanna is an award-winning entrepreneur, lawyer, author, and professor. He co-founded Mona to help drive economic mobility for small business entrepreneurs.
Andrew is a UChicago Booth professor, Financial Times Best Book of the Year author on refugee entrepreneurs (Cambridge University Press), and Emmy-nominated filmmaker on immigrant-owned small businesses (PBS). Andrew was previously at McKinsey, the White House, and the Justice Department. He is on the Kiva US advisory board, is a senior fellow at Social Finance, and was on the founding team of Sora (acquired by MassMutual/Flourish). He holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Stanford GSB, and an AB from Duke University. He has been named to Forbes 30 Under 30, and his work has been featured in the BBC, PBS, Fast Company, and more.
