Anny Dow is a product leader passionate about human-centered design and using technology for social impact. She is the co-founder of Mona, where she focuses on increasing access to capital for underbanked small business entrepreneurs.

Before Mona, Anny was a senior product manager at Headspace, where she led the evolution of the coaching product and scaling of mental health services globally. She has launched new products across industries, from expanding inclusive AI services at Microsoft to streamlining small business healthcare benefits at Gusto. Anny holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and a BS in Cognitive Science from Yale College.
