Anny Dow is a product and tech leader passionate about using technology for social impact. She is the co-founder of Mona, where she focuses on increasing access to capital for underserved small business entrepreneurs. Before Mona, Anny was a Senior Product Manager at Headspace, where she scaled mental health services to millions of members. She has helped launch new products across industries, from expanding inclusive AI services at Microsoft to streamlining small business healthcare benefits at Gusto. Anny holds an MBA from Stanford GSB and a BS from Yale College.
