Mona Impact Grant Rules & Terms

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO PARTICIPATE.
These Mona Impact Grant Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Mona Impact Grant Contest (the “Contest”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Winners are selected based on the judging criteria below and not by chance.
1. Sponsor and Administrator
The Sponsor and administrator of the Contest is Mona Ventures, Inc. (“Mona”).
2. Eligibility
The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who own or are authorized representatives of a for-profit or non-profit organization with a demonstrated positive impact on communities (each an “Entrant” or “You”). To be eligible for a prize, organizations must meet the following criteria:
Be a legal entity (for-profit or non-profit) based in the United States.
Have 30 or fewer full-time employees.
Have gross revenue below $5 million in the 2025 calendar year.
Have an active website or social media presence
Be able to accept prize funds via a valid bank account or equivalent payment mechanism.
Employees, officers, or directors of Mona and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Contest is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
3. Contest Entry Period
The Contest begins on February 4, 2026 at 8:00am EST and ends on March 16th, 2026 at 11:59pm EST (“Entry Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Entry Period to be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Contest:
Visit the official contest webpage here.
Complete and submit the online form with all required information, including but not limited to:
Entrant’s full name and email address.
Organization name and website/social link.
Short answer responses about organization’s mission, community impact, and the impact of the grant funding
Incomplete, late, or improperly formatted entries will not be accepted.
5. Entry Restrictions
All submissions must be original content created by the Entrant and must not include defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material. Mona reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms or is not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entries must be submitted by an authorized representative of the eligible organization.
6. Judging Criteria
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of external judges selected by Mona. Judges will score submissions based on:
Purpose & Vision: Clarity of the organization’s mission, the problem it addresses, and how effectively its story and goals are communicated.
Community Impact: The organization’s demonstrated impact on the community or population it serves.
Impact of the Award: The extent to which receiving the prize would meaningfully advance the organization’s work, team capacity, or community impact.
All judging will be based solely on the criteria listed above. Judges’ scores and the Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all respects.
7. Prizes
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize: One organization will receive $5,000.
Additional recognitions and benefits/offers may be awarded at Mona’s discretion.
Prize details (including exact amounts and forms of support) will be posted on the contest page. Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) months after the Entry Period closes. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release forms, and provide tax documentation (e.g., W-9) where applicable.
If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity
By entering, Entrants grant Mona the right to use their name, organization’s name, entry content, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Taxes
All prizes may be subject to federal, state, and local taxes. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and reporting obligations.
11. General Conditions
Mona reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest if any technical or other issues compromise the integrity of the Contest. Mona may disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.
12. Limitation of Liability
By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mona and its affiliates from liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize. Mona is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technically corrupted entries, or for any technical, hardware, or software failures.
13. Governing Law
These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and applicable U.S. federal law.
14. Winner(s) List
The Winner(s) will be announced on social media. To request the names of winners, send an email to hello@monaventures.co with “Mona Impact Grant Winners” in the subject line within 90 days of the award date.
