Mona Impact Award – Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS AND A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS TO PARTICIPATE.

These Mona Impact Award Official Rules (“Official Rules”) govern the Mona Impact Award Contest (the “Contest”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The sponsor and administrator of the Contest is Mona Ventures, Inc. (“Mona”).

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who own or are authorized representatives of a for-profit or non-profit organization with a demonstrated positive impact on communities (each an “Entrant” or “You”). To be eligible for a prize, organizations must meet the following criteria:

  • Be a legal entity (for-profit or non-profit) based and operating in the United States.

  • Have been in operation for at least 12 months prior to entry.

  • Have gross revenue below $7 million in the 2025 calendar year.

  • Be able to accept award funds via a valid bank account or equivalent payment mechanism.

Employees, officers, directors of Mona and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Entry Period

The Contest begins on January 19, 2026 at 8:00am EST and ends on February 16th at 11:59pm EST (“Entry Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest:

  1. Visit the official contest webpage at [Mona Impact Award URL].

  2. Complete and submit the online form with all required information, including:

    • Entrant’s full name and email address.

    • Organization name and website/social link.

    • Organization’s mission and impact description.

    • A short essay (e.g., 300–500 words) describing your organization’s mission, community impact, and how winning the award would support your work.

Optional: Entrants may upload supporting materials (e.g., photos, videos, testimonials) as allowed on the entry form.

Incomplete, late, or improperly formatted entries will not be accepted.

5. Entry Restrictions

All submissions must be original content created by the Entrant and must not include defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material. Mona reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms or is not in compliance with these Official Rules.

6. Judging Criteria

Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges selected by Mona. Judges will score submissions based on:

  • Impact: Demonstrated effect on the community or people served (10 points).

  • Mission alignment: Clarity and strength of organization’s mission (10 points).

  • Potential of winning award: How the award would advance impact (10 points).

Mona’s decisions and scoring are final.

7. Prizes

Prizes will be awarded as follows:

  • Grand Prize: One organization will receive $5,000.

  • Additional recognitions and benefits/offers may be awarded at Mona’s discretion.

Prize details (including exact amounts and forms of support) will be posted on the contest page.

8. Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone within three (3) months after the Entry Period closes. Winners may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release forms, and provide tax documentation (e.g., W-9) where applicable.

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

By entering, Entrants grant Mona the right to use their name, organization’s name, entry content, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Taxes

All prize values are taxable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use.

11. General Conditions

Mona reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest if any technical or other issues compromise the integrity of the Contest. Mona may disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mona and its affiliates from liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of any prize.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable U.S. federal law.

14. Winner(s) List

The Winner(s) will be announced on social media. To request the names of winners, send an email to hello@monaventures.co with “Mona Impact Award Winners” in the subject line within 90 days of the award date.
